The idea behind Alpine Fleet is to offer a website and service that offers a full choice of passenger transportation services. We offer shared, private and premium transfers for all kinds of passenger numbers, groups and corporate events. Unlike other transfer operators who tend to focus on one or two ski resorts we offer a deep coverage of the French and Swiss Alps.
Our forte is our team, which has over 70 years of combined experience in ski transfers, which allows us to manage efficiently our operations, logistics and customer call centre. New team members go through a rigorous training programme and often have many years under their belt in the ski transfer industry. Our strong know how, enables us to handle problems when they arrive on the day and gives us an advantage in handling large events and partner accounts.

Simon has worked in Transport for over 20 years and works closely with managing the operations & logistics and overall business development.

Hugh - Co-Founder
Hugh has worked in Transport for over 15 years and has a keen eye for details and operations ensuring seamless transfer experiences for our passengers & drivers.
- Favourite ski Resort – Chamonix! I lived in Chamonix for 15 years exploring the mountains before moving down to Geneva. I go back as often as possible in both summer and winter.
- Ski or snowboard – Both. Any way of flinging myself down a mountain is a great idea.
- Favourite Drink – Water. Usually with added electolytes because I’m doing something silly and need extra energy.
- Favourite Food – Kebabs and energy gels (though not at the same time).
- When not out on the mountain you will find me where? On a bike … in the mountains!
Emma - Manager
Emma has worked in Tourism & Transport for 16 years and is
committed to ensuring positive transfer experiences with our retailer
partners & passengers.
- Favourite ski Resort – Morzine! I did my first season here & it was here that the gorgeous town & village captured my heart forever since.
- Ski or snowboard – Snowboarding
- Favourite Drink – Long Black coffee with a dash of milk.
- Favourite Food – Pizza for sure, love a good excuse to visit Courmayeur for snowboarding & excuse to eat pizza
- When not out on the mountain you will find me where? On the Ski du fond tracks – such fun.
Denis - Team Leader
Denis is a key member of the customer call centre team and is always committed to providing the utmost care and diligence to our passengers before, during & post travel.

- When not in the alps, you will find me playing table tennis in some sports centre.
- Favourite part of my job is being able to give solutions to our customers and making them happy & proud that they chose us to handle their transfers.

Customer Call Centre & Operations Team
Our year-round call centre team comprises many experienced team members who are open 24/7. The team is focused on our customers and ensuring they receive great experience in finding the right transport solution for their needs.
Our Call Centre team are the core part of our business & this is reflected in the care and responsive times they give to our customers, it doesn’t matter what time of the day or night, our team is available by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp. The renowned quick response time reflects how much our team care for our passengers.
We asked the call centre what it is they love most about working together & the main response was it’s like a family here, we all support each other to make sure we give our customers the best transport experience.

We have reps based in Geneva Airport & in resorts to meet & greet you on arrival and
departure. They are the welcoming & smiling friendly faces who
welcome you on your transfer journey & who can answer any

- What is your favourite part of your job? Welcome guests and ask them where they are coming from and how their flight was. Provide them with essential information, such as weather conditions or the best coffee at the airport. Also, be the one to escort them to their buses and wish them a great holiday.

- When not out on the mountain you will find me where? – Hiking on a hill, practising and teaching Yoga, travelling in a campervan
